Wes Mazur

President & Team Lead
Wes is a former WSIB Workwell Evaluator and also a former Safe Advantage Auditor and regulatory Safety Enforcement Officer with the Government of the Northwest Territories. Wes has 10+ years of experience in various management and specialist roles of occupational health & safety primarily in the industrial, construction, and service sectors.

Jen Joyce, BA, MA

Office Coordinator & Return to Work Specialist
Jen has her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Master’s Degree in Labour Studies. She also completed the Return to Work / Disability Management program at Mohawk College. Jen also administrates the “Grand River” chapter of the Wellington Medical Safety Group program and assists in the development of many health and safety policies and procedures for our clients.

Judy Schaeffer, CSO

Health & Safety Consultant
Judy holds a Construction Safety Officer designation from Alberta and has 10+ years of health and safety experience in the construction sector. Judy has worked in every aspect of health and safety including monitoring, assessing and modifying safety programs, auditing, inspections, investigations, and training.

Kevin Murphy

Trainee and Junior Health & Safety Consultant
Kevin is in the process of acquiring various health and safety related courses and certifications which includes WSIB Certification, train-the-trainer fall protection (new IHSA course), standard first aid instructor, plus many more. Kevin is also gaining experience in on site monitoring and safety inspections where he applies his manufacturing work experience as well as problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Mark Klein-Geltink

Co-op Student
Mark is in his final term of the Human Resources program at Conestoga College with a special focus on policy and procedure development as well as occupational health and safety. He assists our company and our clients with program development, training programs, as well on site safety inspections.
