Wes Mazur, CHSC

President & Team Lead
Wes is a former WSIB Workwell Evaluator and also a former Safe Advantage Auditor and regulatory Safety Enforcement Officer with the Government of the Northwest Territories. Wes has 10+ years of experience in various management and specialist roles of occupational health & safety primarily in the industrial, construction, and service sectors.

Jen Joyce, BA, MA

Office Coordinator & Return to Work Specialist
Jen has her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Master’s Degree in Labour Studies. She also completed the Return to Work / Disability Management program at Mohawk College. Jen also administrates the “Grand River” chapter of the Wellington Medical Safety Group program and assists in the development of many health and safety policies and procedures for our clients.

Mark Klein-Geltink, BA

Human Resources and Health & Safety Consultant
Mark has his Bachelors of Art in Business and Physical Education. Mark is also a graduate of the Human Resources Management program at Conestoga College and joined our team after a successful Coop work term. He specializes on policy and procedure development and assists our clients with program development, training programs, as well on site safety coordination for both Human Resources and Health & Safety.

Kevin Murphy

Health & Safety Consultant
Kevin is continuously acquiring various health and safety related courses and certifications. Kevin provides on site monitoring and safety inspections where he applies his manufacturing work experience as well as problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Stew Taylor

"Safety Stew" has a comprehensive background of health and safety related experience in the hydro, industrial, automotive and construction sectors. He also has expertise in Confined Space coordination and attendant duties, as well as site audits and inspections, investigations, training and orientation, and compliance monitoring.

Kevin is a former WSIB Workwell Evaluator and has 23+ years of experience providing integrated auditing, consulting and educational health and safety risk management; injury management and return to work services to local, national and international organizations in the mining, construction and steel sector.

Tim Scott, CHSC &CRSP

Health and Safety Consultant
Tim is a proactive and detail-oriented health and safety professional with a proven ability to provide comprehensive consultation in large, complex work environments. He has a comprehensive background in the nuclear, hydro, civil, commercial, industrial, automotive and construction sectors. Tim is also a graduate of the Health & Safety Certificate Program at Conestoga College.
